ROYY Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

This portable monitor product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement for any defects due to manufacturing issues.

2. Return Policy

A. Return Period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, if you are unsatisfied or find quality issues with the product, you can request a return.
B. Return Process:
You must first inform us of your return request via email, including your order number, product name, and reason for return.
After receiving our confirmation, please pack the product along with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging, and ship it back to the designated warehouse address.
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.

3. Replacement Policy During Warranty Period

A. Replacement Conditions: During the warranty period, if you encounter product faults, you can request a replacement via email.
B. Replacement Process:
Send an email to our designated address, detailing the fault and providing any required documentation (such as photos or videos) for review.
The review process takes 1-3 business days. Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement.
If you need to return the faulty product, ensure it is properly packaged and shipped back to the designated warehouse address, pending further processing.

4. Important Notes

A. No Warranty for Damage Caused by Misuse: Any damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized disassembly, or repairs is not covered under the warranty.
B. No Warranty for Non-Genuine Accessories: Faults caused by using non-official accessories are not covered under the warranty.
C. Additional Terms: Specific details regarding returns and replacements are subject to our final confirmation. We will notify you in advance of any changes.
